About the Job
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
    • Dressing and toileting.
    • Mobility and transfers.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties:
    • Laundry.
    • Cleaning.
    • Organizing.
  • Help with medication reminders (no administration unless authorized).
  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if required).
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to the supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and time records (EVV if applicable).
