Job details:
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care, supervision, assessments, care planning, and coordination of services for clients receiving home health and personal care services.
- The RN ensures compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Virginia Department of Health/DMAS requirements.
- The RN works collaboratively with physicians, caregivers, family members, case managers, and agency staff to ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care in the home setting.
