The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing skilled nursing care, supervision, assessments, care planning, and coordination of services for clients receiving home health and personal care services. The RN ensures compliance with all federal, state, and agency regulations, including Medicaid, Medicare, and Virginia Department of Health/DMAS requirements.
The RN works collaboratively with physicians, caregivers, family members, case managers, and agency staff to ensure clients receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care in the home setting.
